TRG utilizes several different approaches in providing the most qualified candidates for our clients. Determining what approach will be used for a specific search depends on the nature, as well as the geographic location of the position.

Traditionally, TRG utilizes the following methods to locate qualified candidates for employment opportunities with our clients:

• Research TRG's database for qualified candidates already on file
• Referrals from industry contacts
• Contact employees who work for competitive companies in similar positions
• Networking with other search companies
• Job postings from job listings on TRG's and other Internet websites
• From candidates applying for current and future positions on TRG's website
• Searches of other Internet websites which TRG is a member
• Word of mouth within the industry

TRG prides itself on being extremely responsive to its clients.

All clients are given updates in a consistent and timely manner on all open positions and qualified candidates will begin to be presented to hiring authorities within 48 hours of TRG initiating a search for the client.
